My name is John and I am an experienced professional DJ. I run an independent DJ business. I am not an agency DJ. Therefore, I will be your DJ on your special day. I specialise in providing top quality entertainment and personal service.
As your DJ, I would like to liaise with you both, before your wedding day. I want to know how you visualise your special day, and how can I make it even more special for you?
I can produce and play music for your wedding ceremony,
Play music during your post wedding drinks and canapes.
Provide professional sound and lighting for your evening Disco entertainment. I will be your DJ.
The disco will include your first dance song, and a number of songs you want to include in the playlist.
I will make announcements for you i.e. cutting the cake and first dance.
If you want to include a band in your entertainment, I will play around the band. This ensures that you will have continuous music throughout your evening celebration.
Please remember that your evening celebration will last for at least 5 hours. No other part of your wedding day will take up this amount of time.
Therefore, it is important to choose your entertainment wisely.
The cost of your evening disco entertainment will be £400.
Ceremony music ( I produce your ceremony music and attend your ceremony, where I meet the registrar and work with them to ensure that your ceremony music is played in sequence and at the right time) £150.
Music during drinks and canapés. I play background music during the time you and your guests enjoy drinks and light refreshments. This will either be in the house or in the garden, before your wedding breakfast. £150.
COMBINED PACKAGES.
Ceremony and drinks and canapés combined package. £250.
Ceremony, drinks and canapés, plus evening disco. £500.

Good evening John,
My apologies for not emailing you sooner. As you can imagine it has been a very hectic two weeks since the wedding (we also cannot believe it has gone by so quickly!).
We both wanted to say a huge thank you for being the DJ at our wedding; it was brilliant and we both had such a good evening, as did all of our guests.
We were so grateful that you were so kind and accommodating to our requirements of a mixed music set. It was wonderful to see everyone up and dancing to both the English music as well as the Bhangra music and we know it meant a lot to our families that both genres of music were included.
It also meant a lot to everyone who had picked a song and had it played through the night, even to this day people are telling us what was happening when their song came on and who was up and dancing. I know we sent a lot of songs over so we were truly grateful that you incorporated as many of them as possible.
It was great meeting you prior to the wedding to go through the details as well, it made us really confident and comfortable in our choice to ask you to be our DJ but also that the evening was in good hands.
Overall, we would like to thank you for making our wedding a truly memorable evening, we have gotten so many great photos and memories of the different dancing that was going on and people are still talking about the music to this day. If we were to do the wedding all over again, which I wish we could, then we would pick you every single time.
